I’ll be posting more about this later. I couldn’t find anything on Mozilla’s site about changes they’ve made from 2 beta 1, so I’ll have to check it all out manually.

Hey this is a great blog………I have spent all day frigging reading your info and adjusting my thunberbird……Keep the tips and tricks coming…….The ability to send attachments inline was priceless….Thanks.
Hey how do I get your site to link to my netvibe site so I can see when you have new postings……I’m not that versed on RSS readers (do I see a tip/trick coming soon, HA) but netvibes allows you to drop and drag your favorite blogs, but not sure how to do it. If I need something else, let me know…Cool beans…..

Ok, you can scratch my question about the RSS reader and how to get your blog. Got it,,,I hadn’t quite gotten to your News/Blogs entry…
Ok, question………….I am confused about the tags and folders. Why would I use tags???
Could you give a few examples of using a tag vs folder……
Or are tags supposed to make you stop using folders???
Thanks in advance….

Thanks for the compliment, Frank! I’m glad to hear you’re getting help here.
Right, tags replace folders. They make sorting your emails much easier and actually give you more options too. Let me give you an example to help make it clear.
Let’s say you have folders for each project you’re working on and you sort emails into the appropriate folder from your Inbox. Doing it this way, if you get an email that’s related to multiple projects, you could only put that email in one project’s folder and none of the others.
Using tags, the emails stay in your Inbox, but you can assign multiple tags to each message, so when you filter by each project’s tag, the same message will show up as related to each project.
Does that make more sense?
